    • Product Offerings - standardization, feature enhancement, reduced complexity, new offerings.
  3. Integration - Who needs to be involved in the change?
    • Who is on improvement team - Kaizen Blitz
    • What processes are to change - Kaizen Blitz
    • Who is to implement change - Kaizen Blitz
    • What are the measures - Balanced Score Card
  4. Deployment
    • Implement New Business Processes
