Our Approach

The four attributes of value are created by three aspects of your business. The three business aspects that create value are:

  • Processes
  • Tools
  • Development

We look at these aspects of your business for improvement opportunities. We believe that these are the most effective ways to develop enhanced value for your products.

Processes are the procedures that are used to produce the product.

  • They are employed in production and in the office.
  • Often processes lack standardization and completeness, resulting in lack of control and compromised value.

Tools are the automated and systematized mechanisms that are used in producing the product.

  • Tools enhance value by forcing structure and consistency into the mechanisms.
  • Often tools do not cover all situations. Uncontrolled mechanisms are invoked, creating rework and/or special processing, resulting in loss of control and inconsistent value.

Development creates the opportunities for the business.

  • Development creates new or improved offerings, features and delivery systems.
  • Successful development results in simplified procedures, improved quality, lower costs, better service and improved offerings.
  • Poorly planned or executed developments fall short of these value enhancements.

We work with you:

  • to identify the opportunities for value enhancement, and
  • to complete the execution so that the opportunities are delivered.
